The audience was convinced that Wilfredo Cucao's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Cirilo Chan was relentless in the 6th minute of the game. Cirilo Chan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 14th minute Lino Cedro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cirilo Chan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Blas Herauso fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Carmelo Birjaio having to interfere. Cirilo Chan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lino Cedro in the 19th minute of the match. When Carrizales FC's Lino Cedro in the 23rd minute got a chance for a shot 23rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Huinganco FC's goalie prevented a goal. 25 minutes into the match, Huinganco FC's goal looked a bit too open when Lino Cedro came free, but Cirilo Chan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Carrizales FC booed when Huinganco FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 26 match minutes in a wonderful position. Arturo Piorno didn't get a good kick on the ball. 39 minutes into the match, Huinganco FC's goal looked a bit too open when Lino Cedro came free, but Cirilo Chan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Lino Cedro in the 42nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Cirilo Chan saved Huinganco FC from getting behind. Lino Cedro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 48th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Blas Herauso was the one to do the kick off. When Emiliano Abecia came up free with the goalie in the 53rd minute, the Huinganco FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Emiliano Abecia couldn't finish the play. In the 55th minute, Felipe Lorencio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 57 minutes in the game Jacinto Paz got a great opportunity which he missed by shooting outside the goal. Wilfredo Cucao could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 61st minute of the match, but Cirilo Chan made a huge save. In the 66th minute, Emiliano Abecia got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Through an outstanding action, after 69 minutes, Cirilo Chan successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Lino Cedro in the 78th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Cirilo Chan prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Cirilo Chan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lino Cedro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Alfonso Feo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cirilo Chan having to interfere. 93 minutes into the match, Huinganco FC's goal looked a bit too open when Lino Cedro came free, but Cirilo Chan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
