Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) An unexpectedly hard shot by Delmar Maurin in the 9th minute of play forced Jueya AFC's goalkeeper Ambrosio Viator to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Astra booed when Jueya AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 17 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ricardo Ixaka didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 21 minutes Jueya AFC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Gabriel Bidari who took care of the corner kick. Carolo Erasto was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. In the 28th match minute, Jueya AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Paulo Eutropio to maneuver through the defense. After having played for 29 minutes, Oscar Chaime managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Astra's supporters crossed their fingers, but Oscar Chaime was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Oscar Chaime's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ambrosio Viator read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 32nd minute of play. In the 38th minute Oscar Chaime shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ambrosio Viator saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The audience thought a goal was coming when Delmar Maurin got free with Ambrosio Viator in the 52nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort.
