Spectators: 33 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Manuel Pagomari took the kick off in the first half of the match. Sergio Sadurni made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Honorio Salvatore in the 2nd minute of play. Trinchera AFC's Guaberto Curcio suffered a concussion after 7 minutes and had to leave the field. 7 minutes into the game, Gabriel Millrick was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Goyeneche FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Trinchera AFC the free kick. After 8 played minutes Goyeneche FC got a freekick which was hit by Gabriel Millrick. Manuel Pagomari kicked well hit freekick during the 11th minute of the match. Santiago Barea fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sergio Sadurni having to interfere. With a little luck, Goyeneche FC's Arsenio Teyo got control of the ball when Manuel Pagomari tried to sneak it across the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Goyeneche FC's zone, Sergio Cambranes stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Arsenio Teyo came out of the goal and Sergio Cambranes tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Serafin Orti's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Sergio Sadurni read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 29th minute of play. When Serafin Orti came up free with the goalie in the 42nd minute, the Goyeneche FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Serafin Orti couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Honorio Salvatore in the 44th minute of play forced Trinchera AFC's goalkeeper Sergio Sadurni to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Serafin Orti had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Honorio Salvatore to make the kick off. In the 53rd minute Honorio Salvatore shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sergio Sadurni saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 54th minute, Manuel Pagomari hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of Trinchera AFC booed when Goyeneche FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 58 match minutes in a wonderful position. Evelio Pudes didn't get a good kick on the ball. Serafin Orti sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience was convinced that Honorio Salvatore's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Sergio Sadurni was relentless in the 64th minute of the game. Sergio Cambranes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arsenio Teyo having to interfere. Honorio Salvatore's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Sergio Sadurni read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 73rd minute of play. After 74 played minutes Trinchera AFC got a freekick which was hit by Manuel Pagomari. Sergio Sadurni made an important save on a dangerous shot by Serafin Orti in the 80th minute. After 81 played minutes Trinchera AFC got a freekick which was hit by Atilano Gaizko. When Serafin Orti came up free with the goalie in the 83rd minute, the Goyeneche FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Serafin Orti couldn't finish the play. If Honorio Salvatore had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Arsenio Teyo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sergio Cambranes in the 91st minute of the match. 95 minutes into the match, Sergio Cambranes notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of Goyeneche FC's Arsenio Teyo. Arsenio Teyo was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Trinchera AFC were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Goyeneche FC for a fine match.
