Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Francisco Ongile started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Filomeno Michael's late challenge caught a Chalanta AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Filomeno Michael helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Checos's Filomeno Michael got a free kick in the 3rd minute. After 10 minutes, Ceferino Gabrio mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Chalanta AFC and the Checos players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 10 played minutes Chalanta AFC got a freekick which was hit by Ceferino Gabrio. In the 11th minute of the match Godfredo Gipuzkoa shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Florentino Matai showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. If Ivan Iztal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 21 played minutes Checos got a freekick which was hit by Narciso Oriche. 23 minutes into the match, Checos's goalkeeper Generoso Videl had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ivan Iztal. Leon Caitano's late challenge caught a Checos's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Leon Caitano helped the player get up and apologised. In the 25th match minute, Chalanta AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Leon Caitano to maneuver through the defense. 29 minutes into the match, Francisco Ongile notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Chalanta AFC's Florentino Matai. Florentino Matai was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Francisco Ongile sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Hermengildo Henry received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 44th minute. Florentino Matai tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ivan Iztal to make the kick off. In the 62nd minute of the match Godfredo Gipuzkoa shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Florentino Matai showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Hermengildo Henry fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Florentino Matai having to interfere. Benicio Serapio kicked well hit freekick during the 70th minute of the match. Florentino Matai made a fantastic save in the 75th minute, when Hermengildo Henry sent off a good shot on target. Florentino Matai made an important save on a dangerous shot by Hermengildo Henry in the 84th minute. After a rather tough play, Chalanta AFC's Ceferino Gabrio got a free kick in the 85th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Francisco Ongile in the 90th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Florentino Matai saved Chalanta AFC from getting behind. When the final whistle sounded Checos left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Chalanta AFC.
