Hugo Quinton showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Faustino Licerio, who was totally free with the ball in the 5th minute. Efrain Presebal showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marcelino Mano, who was totally free with the ball in the 7th minute. Marcelino Mano struck a weak shot in the 8th minute. Efrain Presebal didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Solanet. Marcelino Mano fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Efrain Presebal having to interfere. 12 minutes into the game, Abel Hechter was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Cabalonga's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Solanet the free kick. After a rather tough play, Cabalonga's Abel Hechter got a free kick in the 12th minute. After 13 played minutes, Solanet's Domingo Oidor shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Efrain Presebal came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Solanet reached it. In the 17th minute, Laureano Rios made a precise shot to the right of Hugo Quinton. Solanet's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Solanet's Hugo Quinton played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Laureano Rios in the 21st minute of play. Arnulfo Cordarrel struck a weak shot in the 22nd minute. Efrain Presebal didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Solanet. Abel Hechter took the ball and in the 28 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Hugo Quinton. Hugo Quinton dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. 36 minutes into the game, Lorenzo Natal was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Cabalonga's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Solanet the free kick. Hugo Quinton made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Faustino Licerio in the 43rd minute of play. Hugo Quinton came out of the goal in the 47th minute to try and stop a shot by Cabalonga's Laureano Rios. But to his dismay, Laureano Rios quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-3. After the first half Cabalonga were leading 1-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Laureano Rios made a kick off. Alejo Garaona kicked well hit freekick during the 56th minute of the match. When Tadeo Hechter fell near the penalty area in the 57th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Solanet's protests and gave Tadeo Hechter a yellow card for diving instead. In the 57th match minute, Solanet was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tadeo Hechter to maneuver through the defense. In the 58th minute of the match Rolando Honrio shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Hugo Quinton showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 59th match minute, Cabalonga was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Iker Ranolfo to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to Cabalonga getting a freekick after 65 minutes play. Ismael Harkaitz hit a great ball. Domingo Oidor struck a weak shot in the 66th minute. Efrain Presebal didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Solanet. Laureano Rios fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hugo Quinton having to interfere. Faustino Licerios short, quick shot in the 71stth minute got Hugo Quinton to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Hugo Quinton was out of position in the 72 minute of play, and Laureano Rios capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Laureano Rios really showed his touch with that goal: 1-4. In the 75th minute, Laureano Rios got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 80thth minute of the game Marcelino Mano who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Cabalonga's Efrain Presebal was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Laureano Rios in the 81st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Hugo Quinton saved Solanet from getting behind. Hugo Quinton took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Laureano Rios, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Arnulfo Cordarrel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The Cabalonga players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
