The referee showed Ignacio Kiliz the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 23 played minutes Belgrano got a freekick which was hit by Ignacio Kiliz. Teodosio Presebal kicked well hit freekick during the 26th minute of the match. Angel Evarado sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in Bouvier's zone, Ildefonso Estebe stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Fermin Bizi came out of the goal and Ildefonso Estebe tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A collision led to Bouvier getting a freekick after 36 minutes play. Vinicio Gaskon hit a great ball. Ildefonso Estebe received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. Fermin Bizi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 46th minute, Angel Evarado fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. If Ildefonso Estebe had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 49th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ildefonso Estebe to strike the kick off in the second half. During the 78th minute of the match Arnaldo Quintun completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Arnaldo Quintun a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. 82 minutes into the match, Bouvier's goal looked a bit too open when Angel Evarado came free, but Fermin Bizi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jesus Frichoso received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 87th minute. Alonzo Luken tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
