In the 7th match minute, Toscas FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Conrado Kaiet to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of Toscas FC booed when Sarmiento was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 8 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rene Luix didn't get a good kick on the ball. Nicasio Savion received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 9th minute. Marciano Cebrian tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Uriel Chumo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 13th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Nicasio Savion struck a weak shot in the 17th minute. Marciano Cebrian didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Toscas FC. 19 minutes into the game, Osvaldo Arano was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Sarmiento's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Toscas FC the free kick. A collision led to Sarmiento getting a freekick after 19 minutes play. Osvaldo Arano hit a great ball. In the 23rd minute Nicasio Savion shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marciano Cebrian saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Maximiliano Chus made a fantastic save in the 27th minute, when Arnulfo Abadia sent off a good shot on target. Nicasio Savion's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Marciano Cebrian read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 29th minute of play. After 33 minutes, Nicasio Savion mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Toscas FC and the Sarmiento players grew even worse after the yellow card. Marciano Cebrian took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Uriel Chumo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Sarmiento's Marciano Cebrian played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nicasio Savion in the 38th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nicasio Savion in the 39th minute of play forced Sarmiento's goalkeeper Marciano Cebrian to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

After a rather tough play, Sarmiento's Osvaldo Arano got a free kick in the 75th minute. 77 minutes into the game, Uriel Chumo cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Marciano Cebrian was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 80th minute the ball was on its way in behind Sarmiento's goalkeeper Marciano Cebrian, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Toscas FC's Nicasio Savion got a good chance for a goal in the 83rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Marciano Cebrian made an important save on a dangerous shot by Nicasio Savion in the 85th minute. Nicasio Savion sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Marciano Cebrian took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Uriel Chumo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Sarmiento's Marciano Cebrian proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 96th minute of the match, managed to save Sarmiento from getting a goal against them. Toscas FC played a much better game than Sarmiento and deserved their victory. The Sarmiento players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
