After some careless play in the Anguli AFC defense, Rodrigo Caradaro kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Guaberto Xacintu. The Anguli AFC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Guaberto Xacintu should have stopped the shot. 24 minutes into the match, Anizacate AFC's Rodrigo Caradaro sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Guaberto Xacintu narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 26 minutes into the match, Cleto Montez had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Guaberto Xacintu. Anguli AFC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Cleto Montez was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. When Silvestre Abella came up free with the goalie in the 30th minute, the Anguli AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Silvestre Abella couldn't finish the play. After a rather tough play, Anizacate AFC's Julian Elodio got a free kick in the 31st minute. Silvestre Abella sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 38 minutes into the match, Anizacate AFC's goalkeeper Pedro Senin had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Silvestre Abella. After 44 minutes, Isaac Isadore mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Anizacate AFC and the Anguli AFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a defensive mix-up in Anizacate AFC's zone, Silvestre Abella stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Pedro Senin came out of the goal and Silvestre Abella tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Pedro Senin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ildefonso Behe in the 78th minute of the match. In the 81st minute, Ildefonso Behe made a precise shot to the right of Pedro Senin. Anizacate AFC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-2. Rodrigo Caradaro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Guaberto Xacintu having to interfere. Pedro Senin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ildefonso Behe in the 96th minute of play.
