After some fancy dribbling in the 4th minute, Silvestre Abella managed to get in a good position for a shot. Anguli AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Silvestre Abella was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Arnoldo Isadore breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Hector Precioso had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 7th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Guaberto Xacintu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Casimiro Peruxu in the 9th minute of the match. Ildefonso Behe sent away a hard shot on goal in the 10th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Silvestre Abella had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ranchillo's Arnoldo Isadore played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ildefonso Behe in the 14th minute of play. Arnoldo Isadore showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ildefonso Behe, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. If Silvestre Abella had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Arnoldo Isadore made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Silvestre Abella in the 27th minute of play. In the 29th minute, Roberto Pirmin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Guaberto Xacintu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hector Precioso, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. 47 minutes into the match, Ranchillo's Hector Precioso sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Guaberto Xacintu narrowly saved just below the crossbar.

Casimiro Senin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 52nd minute. Guaberto Xacintu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Casimiro Senin blasted a shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Guaberto Xacintu having to make a save. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Roberto Pirmin during the 65th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Ranchillo booed when Anguli AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 65 match minutes in a wonderful position. Roberto Pirmin didn't get a good kick on the ball. Iker Medardo hit a great freekick 69 minutes into the match. After 71 played minutes Ranchillo got a freekick which was hit by Casimiro Senin. The audience thought a goal was coming when Silvestre Abella got free with Arnoldo Isadore in the 72nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Casimiro Peruxu hit a great freekick 73 minutes into the match. When Hector Precioso came up free with the goalie in the 78th minute, the Ranchillo fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Hector Precioso couldn't finish the play. Ildefonso Behe sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 82nd match minute, Ranchillo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Casimiro Peruxu to maneuver through the defense. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ildefonso Behe in the 87th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Arnoldo Isadore saved Ranchillo from getting behind. Guaberto Xacintu didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Casimiro Senin went, in the 92nd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Ranchillo fans cheered their team off the field, for while Anguli AFC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
