Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Alejandro Teyo to make the kick off. Amboy FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Santo Chuse was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-0. 84 minutes into the match, Milagro's goalkeeper Rene Libertad had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Mauricio Norino. In the 92nd minute, Atilano Gelacio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After recieving a nice pass, Amboy FC's Braulio Bras tried to score from far away in the 93rd minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Milagro's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
