An unexpectedly hard shot by Mauricio Norino in the 3rd minute of play forced Club Deportivo Toluca FC's goalkeeper Mateo Oskitz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A wasted opportunity for Club Deportivo Toluca FC. After some careless play in the Amboy FC defense, Astor Atarrabi kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Tadeo Eutropio. The Amboy FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Tadeo Eutropio should have stopped the shot. After some fancy dribbling in the 11th minute, Manuel Gabon managed to get in a good position for a shot. Club Deportivo Toluca FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Manuel Gabon was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Tadeo Eutropio breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 13th minute, Manuel Gabon left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Club Deportivo Toluca FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. Tadeo Eutropio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Astor Atarrabi in the 18th minute of play. In the 23rd minute, Amancio Oliverio got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When the match had gone on for 28 minutes, Desiderio Dunixi took a quick shot and it went in 1-2 without a chance for Mateo Oskitz to make any attempt to save it. Tadeo Eutropio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Astor Atarrabi, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. Tadeo Eutropio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Manuel Gabon, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some careless play in the Amboy FC defense, Manuel Gabon kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Tadeo Eutropio. The Amboy FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Tadeo Eutropio should have stopped the shot. Club Deportivo Toluca FC's Astor Atarrabi got a good chance for a goal in the 39th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The supporters of Amboy FC booed when Club Deportivo Toluca FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 45 match minutes in a wonderful position. Prospero Fidensio didn't get a good kick on the ball.

After a rather tough play, Amboy FC's Braulio Bras got a free kick in the 54th minute. Robustiano Aires blasted a shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Tadeo Eutropio having to make a save. Manuel Gabon sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 64th minute, Desiderio Dunixi ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Mateo Oskitz was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-3. 67 minutes into the game, Mauricio Norino cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-3. Mateo Oskitz was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. A collision led to Club Deportivo Toluca FC getting a freekick after 72 minutes play. Robustiano Aires hit a great ball. 78 minutes into the match, Robustiano Aires notched a goal, 3-4, to the right of Amboy FC's Tadeo Eutropio. Tadeo Eutropio was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. If Teodoro Martxelin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Tadeo Eutropio made a fantastic save in the 90th minute, when Manuel Gabon sent off a good shot on target. The audience thought a goal was coming when Robustiano Aires got free with Tadeo Eutropio in the 91st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Mateo Oskitz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mauricio Norino in the 93rd minute of play. If Mauricio Norino had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 96th minute the ball was on its way in behind Club Deportivo Toluca FC's goalkeeper Mateo Oskitz, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Club Deportivo Toluca FC's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
