The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 3rd minute Ernesto Bautista shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arsenio Ebardo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 8th minute, Gonzalo Matteo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Anibal Lorenz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Natalio Chorache, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Pinchas AFC getting a freekick after 10 minutes play. Baldomero Bidari hit a great ball. Pinchas AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Chivas de Pittsburgh the free kick. Baldomero Bidari hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. Anibal Lorenz stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Natalio Chorache's shot from short distance in the 27th minute. In the 28th minute Sergio Dodorol shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Anibal Lorenz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Anibal Lorenz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Natalio Chorache, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Gonzalo Matteo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 31st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 34th minute Natalio Chorache shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Anibal Lorenz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 40 minutes into the match, Pinchas AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Gonzalo Matteo came free, but Anibal Lorenz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Pinchas AFC's Anibal Lorenz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Natalio Chorache in the 44th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gonzalo Matteo in the 47th minute of play forced Pinchas AFC's goalkeeper Anibal Lorenz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 48th minute Natalio Chorache shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Anibal Lorenz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After the first half Chivas de Pittsburgh were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Baldomero Bidari to make the kick off. Geronimo Gabon's late challenge caught a Pinchas AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Geronimo Gabon helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Pinchas AFC booed when Chivas de Pittsburgh was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 52 match minutes in a wonderful position. Geronimo Gabon didn't get a good kick on the ball. Anibal Lorenz was out of position in the 54 minute of play, and Natalio Chorache capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Natalio Chorache really showed his touch with that goal: 0-2. 61 minutes into the match, Pinchas AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Natalio Chorache came free, but Anibal Lorenz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gonzalo Matteo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 63rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Gonzalo Matteo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 68th minute of the match, but Anibal Lorenz made a huge save. With an all-out effort, Chivas de Pittsburgh's Anibal Lorenz threw himself towards the right post 78 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Natalio Chorache, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Natalio Chorache received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Anibal Lorenz came out and tried to block the shot, but Natalio Chorache slotted it home off the left post making it 0-4 in the 81st minute. In the 86th minute, Pinchas AFC's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Gonzalo Matteo fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Venancio Llorenc kicked well hit freekick during the 87th minute of the match. Pinchas AFC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 89th minute, when Natalio Chorache scored to the left of an out of position Anibal Lorenz, making the score, 0-5. Pinchas AFC's Anibal Lorenz proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 93rd minute of the match, managed to save Pinchas AFC from getting a goal against them. The crowd rose to their feet as Natalio Chorache kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Anibal Lorenz. That made the score 0-6 in the 94 minute of play. Chivas de Pittsburgh's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
