Rodrigo Jurdan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Angelo Salbatore having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Martin Elodio's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Angelo Salbatore was relentless in the 16th minute of the game. In the 17th match minute, Esther FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ruben Txaran to maneuver through the defense. In the 22nd minute, Evaristo Abeitia hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Martin Elodio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 30 minutes into the game, Bartolo Clemencin was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Colipilli's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Esther FC the free kick. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Arnaldo Galoer was the one to do the kick off. Conrado Ricart showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Arnaldo Galoer, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. Conrado Ricart made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arnaldo Galoer in the 74th minute of play. Bartolo Clemencin who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 77thth minute tested the skills of Conrado Ricart when he managed to save the team from getting behind. A nice corner shot did that Isidro Quico got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Conrado Ricart quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Manuel Cordarryl in the 86th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Angelo Salbatore prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Angelo Salbatore took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Manuel Cordarryl, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Evaristo Abeitia fell near the penalty area in the 88th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Colipilli's protests and gave Evaristo Abeitia a yellow card for diving instead. Evaristo Abeitia kicked well hit freekick during the 88th minute of the match. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
