Gaston Lekubegi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 8th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. If Patricio Marquez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 13 minutes into the match, Colman's goal looked a bit too open when Patricio Marquez came free, but Guillermo Joey reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 13th minute, Dante Orzaize hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Guillermo Joey was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 17th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Domingo Perpinya. Gaston Lekubegi recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 19th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Remedios's Patricio Marquez in the 20th minute got a chance for a shot 20th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Colman's goalie prevented a goal. Patricio Marquez's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Guillermo Joey read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 22nd minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Jeronimo Raymundo during the 27th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Colman's Guillermo Joey played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Patricio Marquez in the 31st minute of play. Diego Eron showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jeronimo Raymundo, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. Colman's Guillermo Joey proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 35th minute of the match, managed to save Colman from getting a goal against them. 38 minutes into the match, Remedios's Efrain Donzel sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Guillermo Joey narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The audience thought a goal was coming when Gaston Lekubegi got free with Guillermo Joey in the 39th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Guillermo Joey didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Remedios's Patricio Marquez shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 2-0 in the ordered_time% minute. Gaston Lekubegi's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Guillermo Joey read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 47th minute of play. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Patricio Marquez to make the kick off. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Gaston Lekubegi in the 52nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Guillermo Joey saved Colman from getting behind. Remedios's Gaston Lekubegi got a good chance for a goal in the 53rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Colman's Ezequiel Rosario got a free kick in the 54th minute. If Patricio Marquez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gaston Lekubegi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Guillermo Joey having to interfere. Guillermo Joey made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Patricio Marquez in the 62nd minute of play. Diego Eron showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eduardo Larpe in the 67th minute of the match. Guillermo Joey took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Patricio Marquez, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 71 minutes into the match, Patricio Marquez notched a goal, 3-0, to the right of Colman's Guillermo Joey. Guillermo Joey was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 78 minutes into the match, Colman's goal looked a bit too open when Gaston Lekubegi came free, but Guillermo Joey reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Remedios booed when Colman was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 81 match minutes in a wonderful position. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal.
