Spectators: 33 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Patricio Marquez made the kick off which started today's match. In the 8th match minute, Saavedra FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lorenzo Bero to maneuver through the defense. 11 minutes into the match, Saavedra FC's goal looked a bit too open when Patricio Marquez came free, but Ciro Rey reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Saavedra FC's Guido Bernabel got a free kick in the 12th minute. After a rather tough play, Saavedra FC's Gaspar Pueblo got a free kick in the 15th minute. When Guido Bernabel was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 17 minutes had been played. After 17 played minutes Saavedra FC got a freekick which was hit by Guido Bernabel. If Efrain Donzel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gaston Lekubegi blasted a shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ciro Rey having to make a save. A collision led to Saavedra FC getting a freekick after 23 minutes play. Cristo Domeka hit a great ball. 24 minutes into the match, Freddy Seguinus sent off a long shot that looked like it was going straight into the goal, but because Ciro Rey threw himself in his full length he managed to grip the ball by the left post, and there was no goal for Freddy Seguinus this time. When Celestino Sandalio came up free with the goalie in the 31st minute, the Saavedra FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Celestino Sandalio couldn't finish the play. Gaston Lekubegi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ciro Rey having to interfere. After 42nd play minutes Gaston Lekubegi shot 1-0, a short shot which went by Ciro Rey and just under the crossbar into goal. In the 46th minute, Efrain Donzel hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.

If Gaston Lekubegi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Patricio Marquez in the 54th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ciro Rey prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Ciro Rey made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Patricio Marquez in the 55th minute of play. But to his dismay, Celestino Sandalio quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Saavedra FC's Ciro Rey played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Patricio Marquez in the 76th minute of play. If Patricio Marquez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gaston Lekubegi in the 81st minute of play forced Saavedra FC's goalkeeper Ciro Rey to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gaston Lekubegi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 86 minutes had been played when some careless play by Saavedra FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Freddy Seguinus was slow to take the kick. During this time Remedios's players had a chance to rest. Freddy Seguinus made a great header on Remedios's corner, it was just that Saavedra FC's Ciro Rey managed to reach the ball for a save. In the 88th minute Gaston Lekubegi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ciro Rey saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gaston Lekubegi's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ciro Rey read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 92nd minute of play. Ciro Rey made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Patricio Marquez in the 97th minute of play.
