Corralitos FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ivan Pes was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. The supporters of Corralitos FC booed when Gaviotas FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 13 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ariel Cordero didn't get a good kick on the ball. Gavino Ireno made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gaston Abajas in the 17th minute of play. Ivan Pes in the 18thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Siro Polo, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Ivan Pess short, quick shot in the 19thth minute got Siro Polo to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Gavino Ireno didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Romeo Orlondon went, in the 21st minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. With a little luck, Corralitos FC's Siro Polo got control of the ball when Ivan Pes tried to sneak it across the goal line. If Venancio Lertxun had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Corralitos FC getting a freekick after 38 minutes play. Cirilo Feliz hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ariel Cordero in the 46th minute of play forced Corralitos FC's goalkeeper Siro Polo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.

Ivan Pes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. If Ariel Cordero had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 57th match minute, Corralitos FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gaston Abajas to maneuver through the defense. Gaviotas FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Erasmo Peruxu in the 60th minute. In the 61st minute the ball was on its way in behind Corralitos FC's goalkeeper Siro Polo, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 64th minute, Gaviotas FC's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Romeo Orlondon fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Ariel Cordero recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 67th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Cirilo Feliz hit a great freekick 69 minutes into the match. If Ivan Pes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 74 minutes into the match, Gaviotas FC's goal looked a bit too open when Romeo Orlondon came free, but Gavino Ireno reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Ariel Cordero came up free with the goalie in the 82nd minute, the Gaviotas FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ariel Cordero couldn't finish the play. Venancio Lertxun sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Romeo Orlondon who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 91stth minute tested the skills of Gavino Ireno when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Gaviotas FC's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
