Niceto Iraido had great luck who in the 17thth minute grab hold of the ball when Felipe Fiz from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post. Aike's Gregorio Guilabertus played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Claudio Merexildo in the 19th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Claudio Merexildo in the 23rd minute of play forced Aike's goalkeeper Gregorio Guilabertus to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Aike's zone, Claudio Merexildo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gregorio Guilabertus came out of the goal and Claudio Merexildo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 28 minutes into the match, Aike's goal looked a bit too open when Jacobo Santio came free, but Gregorio Guilabertus reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Felipe Fiz in the 30th minute of play forced Eddy Clock's goalkeeper Niceto Iraido to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jacobo Santio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 43rd minute Felipe Fiz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Niceto Iraido saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

With a couple of smart ball manuevers Uriel Martinez in the 56th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Niceto Iraido saved Eddy Clock from getting behind. Felipe Fiz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Niceto Iraido having to interfere. Jacobo Santio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gregorio Guilabertus having to interfere. Uriel Martinez sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal.
