When Agustin Fidencio came up free with the goalie in the 4th minute, the Roma fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Agustin Fidencio couldn't finish the play. Freddy Segio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 6th minute. Arnaldo Marcones tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Arnaldo Marcones didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Anga AFC's Orlando Abeijon shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 1-0 in the ordered_time% minute. In the 16th minute Orlando Abeijon shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arnaldo Marcones saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Orlando Abeijon in the 19th minute of play forced Roma's goalkeeper Arnaldo Marcones to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Freddy Segio was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 23rd minute. Anga AFC's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Freddy Segio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arnaldo Marcones having to interfere. Fermin Ferman kicked well hit freekick during the 32nd minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Anga AFC's Fermin Ferman got a free kick in the 35th minute. When Agustin Fidencio came up free with the goalie in the 36th minute, the Roma fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Agustin Fidencio couldn't finish the play. Segundo Eutor charged in rather forcefully in the 48th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Segundo Eutor the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Anga AFC getting a freekick after 48 minutes play. Segundo Eutor hit a great ball.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Orlando Abeijon stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After 55 played minutes, Anga AFC's Celestino Cambranes shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Arnaldo Marcones came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Anga AFC reached it. 55 minutes into the game, Fabricio Ubelteso was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Roma's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Anga AFC the free kick. Fabricio Ubelteso hit a great freekick 55 minutes into the match. Carlos Txatxu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Carlos Txatxu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ignacio Tximitx having to interfere. Orlando Abeijon fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arnaldo Marcones having to interfere. In a very dangerous position, a player in Anga AFC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 72nd minute. Penalty! The referee gave Roma a penalty, 74 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Rene Gamus, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Anga AFC's Ignacio Tximitx. 2-1. After 79 played minutes Anga AFC got a freekick which was hit by Orlando Abeijon. Ignacio Tximitx took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Agustin Fidencio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some fancy dribbling in the 84th minute, Fausto Cedro managed to get in a good position for a shot. Roma's supporters rose to their feet, but Fausto Cedro was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ignacio Tximitx breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Freddy Segio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Anga AFC's Segundo Eutor got a good chance for a goal in the 89th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Freddy Segio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arnaldo Marcones having to interfere. When Fabricio Ubelteso was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 95 minutes had been played. Fabricio Ubelteso kicked well hit freekick during the 96th minute of the match. Arnaldo Marcones showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Freddy Segio in the 98th minute of the match. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Anga AFC fans cheered their team off the field, for while Roma had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
