Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) aguilas doradas's Esteban Ikatz started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Tiburcio Rius made an important save on a dangerous shot by Primitivo Argoitz in the 4th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Esteban Ikatz in the 7th minute of play forced Aicuña's goalkeeper Ariel Odilon to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Esteban Ikatz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 14 minutes into the game, Damaso Rioja was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Aicuña's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave aguilas doradas the free kick. Damaso Rioja hit a great freekick 14 minutes into the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Faustino Gentza in the 20th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ariel Odilon prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 23 played minutes Aicuña got a freekick which was hit by Atilano Ongile. In the 26th minute Faustino Gentza shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ariel Odilon saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 26th minute, Laureano Chap hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Tiburcio Rius made an important save on a dangerous shot by Primitivo Argoitz in the 30th minute. A collision led to aguilas doradas getting a freekick after 32 minutes play. Victor Mitxel hit a great ball. After 37 minutes of play, aguilas doradas's Faustino Gentza made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ariel Odilon was left in no man's land by his defense there! 44 minutes into the game, Damaso Rioja recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Tiburcio Rius. Damaso Rioja showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-1. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

After 53 played minutes Aicuña got a freekick which was hit by Haroldo Nayely. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Esteban Ikatz in the 54th minute a chance for a shot on goal. When Esteban Ikatz came up free with the goalie in the 55th minute, the aguilas doradas fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Esteban Ikatz couldn't finish the play. Aicuña's Ariel Odilon proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 57th minute of the match, managed to save Aicuña from getting a goal against them. Aicuña's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Esteban Ikatz 58 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-2. In the 63rd minute, aguilas doradas's Esteban Ikatz ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Ariel Odilon. Ariel Odilon yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-3. If Esteban Ikatz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of aguilas doradas booed when Aicuña was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 68 match minutes in a wonderful position. Victorio Cibran didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 73 played minutes aguilas doradas got a freekick which was hit by Justino Txatxu. Tiburcio Rius showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Damaso Rioja in the 80th minute of the match. In the 84th minute, Primitivo Argoitz left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Aicuña fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-4. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. aguilas doradas had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
