The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the last second Ildefonso Matai throw himself and got hold of the ball when Rene Ishmael in the 6thth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. Aurelio Mingo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 9th minute of the match, but Ildefonso Matai made a huge save. In the 13th minute of the match, Rene Ishmael tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Ildefonso Matai saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Gustavo Ortzi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 14th minute. Paulo Ramos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Arribeños FC getting a freekick after 18 minutes play. Joel Artaldo hit a great ball. Gustavo Ortzi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Paulo Ramos having to interfere. Ildefonso Matai made an important save on a dangerous shot by Aurelio Mingo in the 30th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Rene Ishmael in the 39th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ildefonso Matai prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 42 minutes into the match, Cαdillαc Boys FC's goal looked a bit too open when Gustavo Ortzi came free, but Paulo Ramos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alfredo Hats in the 43rd minute of play forced Cαdillαc Boys FC's goalkeeper Paulo Ramos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 45 minutes into the match, Cαdillαc Boys FC's goal looked a bit too open when Gustavo Ortzi came free, but Paulo Ramos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Alfredo Hats stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Aurelio Mingo in the 53rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ildefonso Matai saved Arribeños FC from getting behind. Alfredo Hats fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Paulo Ramos having to interfere. Gustavo Ortzi blasted a shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Paulo Ramos having to make a save. In the 60th minute, Jeremias Gaizko hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 61 minutes into the game, one of Arribeños FC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. 65 minutes had been played when some careless play by Arribeños FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Jose Ekain was slow to take the kick. During this time Cαdillαc Boys FC's players had a chance to rest. Cαdillαc Boys FC's Aurelio Mingo got a good chance for a goal in the 67th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 70th minute of the game, Danilo Rey landed unfortunately after trying to head the ball, and pulled a muscle in the back, so badly that he had to leave the field. Justino Bernard's late challenge caught a Cαdillαc Boys FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Justino Bernard helped the player get up and apologised. In the 70th minute, Justino Bernard hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of Arribeños FC booed when Cαdillαc Boys FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 74 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rene Ishmael didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 75th minute of the match, Gustavo Ortzi got a very nice opportunity to score, but Paulo Ramos was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Aurelio Mingo struck a weak shot in the 77th minute. Ildefonso Matai didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Cαdillαc Boys FC. 79 minutes into the game, Celedonio Frichoso was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Cαdillαc Boys FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Arribeños FC the free kick. Alfredo Hats sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Rene Ishmael kicked well hit freekick during the 86th minute of the match. If Alfredo Hats had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Alfredo Hats received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute. Paulo Ramos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 95th minute, Aurelio Mingo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ildefonso Matai was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. For all the effort they put into the match, the Arribeños FC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Cαdillαc Boys FC.
