But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Leo Ofelio couldn't finish the play. Edgardo Abechuco made an important save on a dangerous shot by Leo Ofelio in the 6th minute. Everyone was convinced a goal was close when Obson Fc's Leo Ofelio in the 9th minute lifted the ball towards the upper right corner, but Edgardo Abechuco was perfectly placed and prevented a goal for Ombucto FC through an amazing save. When Aquilino Goren came up free with the goalie in the 11th minute, the Ombucto FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Aquilino Goren couldn't finish the play. Fulgencio Txomin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Leopoldo Flor, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aquilino Goren in the 16th minute of play forced Obson Fc's goalkeeper Fulgencio Txomin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 17th minute, Damaso Kiliz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 19th minute, Leo Ofelio left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Obson Fc fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. Adolfo Garaona hit a great freekick 24 minutes into the match. 26 minutes into the game, Ombucto FC's Aquilino Goren nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Fulgencio Txomin made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. Leopoldo Flor fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fulgencio Txomin having to interfere. Fulgencio Txomin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gaspar Mikelar in the 35th minute of play. In the 37th minute, Nicanor Ado hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Aquilino Goren took the ball and in the 40 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Fulgencio Txomin. Fulgencio Txomin dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. Obson Fc's Cornelio Bixintxo got a good chance for a goal in the 46th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Leopoldo Flor made a kick off. Damaso Kiliz kicked well hit freekick during the 51st minute of the match. Damaso Kiliz hit a great freekick 55 minutes into the match. Fulgencio Txomin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leopoldo Flor in the 61st minute of play. A collision led to Obson Fc getting a freekick after 65 minutes play. Cornelio Bixintxo hit a great ball. When Victorio Delfino fell near the penalty area in the 69th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Obson Fc's protests and gave Victorio Delfino a yellow card for diving instead. Victorio Delfino kicked well hit freekick during the 69th minute of the match. In the 70th minute, Ombucto FC's Aquilino Goren dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-3. A collision led to Obson Fc getting a freekick after 77 minutes play. Fermin Euloxu hit a great ball. Fulgencio Txomin made an important save on a dangerous shot by Aquilino Goren in the 82nd minute. In the 90th match minute, Ombucto FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nicanor Ado to maneuver through the defense. Obson Fc's Fulgencio Txomin proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 96th minute of the match, managed to save Obson Fc from getting a goal against them. Ombucto FC's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
