Leopoldo Flor started the match with the kick off. After 5 played minutes, Carboni AFC's Hernan Barros shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Edgardo Abechuco came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Carboni AFC reached it. In the 7th minute, Constantino Totakoxe made a precise shot to the right of Edgardo Abechuco. Ombucto FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Carboni AFC's Cristo Iztal played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Leopoldo Flor in the 10th minute of play. Angelino Valentine kicked well hit freekick during the 14th minute of the match. Constantino Totakoxe's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Edgardo Abechuco read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 16th minute of play. Ombucto FC's Edgardo Abechuco played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Constantino Totakoxe in the 17th minute of play. Edgardo Abechuco took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Constantino Totakoxe, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Leopoldo Flor had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. A collision led to Carboni AFC getting a freekick after 24 minutes play. Silvio Neto hit a great ball. After some careless play in the Carboni AFC defense, Leopoldo Flor kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Cristo Iztal. The Carboni AFC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Cristo Iztal should have stopped the shot. Carboni AFC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 30th minute, when Leopoldo Flor scored to the left of an out of position Cristo Iztal, making the score, 2-1. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Silvio Neto during the 34th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 34 played minutes Carboni AFC got a freekick which was hit by Silvio Neto. After a defensive mix-up in Carboni AFC's zone, Aquilino Goren stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Cristo Iztal came out of the goal and Aquilino Goren tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 43 played minutes Carboni AFC got a freekick which was hit by Angelino Valentine. Ombucto FC's Constantino Lauren shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 44th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Cristo Iztal but with some difficulty. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

The wind increased when Constantino Totakoxe made the kick off in the second half. Cristo Iztal showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aquilino Goren in the 54th minute of the match. When Ombucto FC's Leopoldo Flor in the 55th minute got a chance for a shot 55th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Carboni AFC's goalie prevented a goal. The audience was convinced that Leopoldo Flor's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Cristo Iztal was relentless in the 58th minute of the game. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Leopoldo Flor in the 62nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Cristo Iztal prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Constantino Lauren charged in rather forcefully in the 67th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Constantino Lauren the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Constantino Lauren hit a great freekick 67 minutes into the match. 69 minutes into the match, Silvio Neto sent off a long shot that looked like it was going straight into the goal, but because Edgardo Abechuco threw himself in his full length he managed to grip the ball by the left post, and there was no goal for Silvio Neto this time. The supporters of Ombucto FC booed when Carboni AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 71 match minutes in a wonderful position. Isaac Fagildo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Edgardo Abechuco made an important save on a dangerous shot by Julio Arotza in the 75th minute. Julio Arotza could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 85th minute of the match, but Edgardo Abechuco made a huge save. The supporters of Carboni AFC booed when Ombucto FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 85 match minutes in a wonderful position. Denis Mede didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Leopoldo Flor in the 88th minute of play forced Carboni AFC's goalkeeper Cristo Iztal to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Leopoldo Flor charged in rather forcefully in the 90th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Leopoldo Flor the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Leopoldo Flor kicked well hit freekick during the 90th minute of the match. 93 minutes into the match, Ombucto FC's goalkeeper Edgardo Abechuco had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Julio Arotza. In the 95th minute Aquilino Goren shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cristo Iztal saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Carboni AFC's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
