Spectators: 33 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Leonel Sayvion started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Bernardino Toro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 7th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nicanor Dantel having to interfere. If Arnaldo Seme had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 9th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 12thth minute of the game Rene Lore who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Gómez FC's Lorenzo Abeijon was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 13 minutes into the match, Gómez FC's goal looked a bit too open when Leonel Sayvion came free, but Lorenzo Abeijon reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Gómez FC getting a freekick after 13 minutes play. Bonifacio Gorka hit a great ball. Lorenzo Abeijon took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Leonel Sayvion, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 17th minute, one of Gómez FC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Gómez FC. Lorenzo Abeijon came out of the goal in the 18th minute to try and stop a shot by Chaparro's Patricio Ugaitz. But to his dismay, Patricio Ugaitz quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Arnaldo Seme fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lorenzo Abeijon having to interfere. Lorenzo Abeijon made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leonel Sayvion in the 24th minute of play. Leonel Sayvion took the ball and in the 26 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Lorenzo Abeijon. Lorenzo Abeijon dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. After a rather tough play, Chaparro's Genaro Marko got a free kick in the 30th minute. Uriel Maura, 31 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Gómez FC's Bernardino Toro got a good chance for a goal in the 33rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in Chaparro's zone, Bernardino Toro stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Nicanor Dantel came out of the goal and Bernardino Toro tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Jeremias Norino blasted a shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Nicanor Dantel having to make a save. Bernardino Toro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After the first half Chaparro were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

In the 54th minute Bernardino Toro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nicanor Dantel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Leonel Sayvion in the 55th minute of play forced Gómez FC's goalkeeper Lorenzo Abeijon to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With splendid footwork Leonel Sayvion arrived in front of goal to shoot 0-3 by the left pole in the game's 59th minute. Arnaldo Palban's late challenge caught a Chaparro's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Arnaldo Palban helped the player get up and apologised. In the 66th minute, one of Gómez FC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Gómez FC. 74 minutes into the game, Arnaldo Seme cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-5. Lorenzo Abeijon was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Nicanor Dantel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bernardino Toro in the 82nd minute of play. Nicanor Dantel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jeremias Norino, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 89th minute, Agustin Sandalio got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Nicanor Dantel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bernardino Toro in the 93rd minute of the match. Gómez FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Uriel Maura in the 99th minute. Gómez FC's Uriel Maura was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Nicanor Dantel in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in.
