The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Leonel Sayvion stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The supporters of Chaparro booed when Capioví was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 53 match minutes in a wonderful position. Desiderio Oidor didn't get a good kick on the ball. Nicanor Dantel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mustafa Hakan Şendoğan in the 91st minute of play. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Chaparro had played much better football throughout.
