After a rather tough play, Cross Fc's Tiburcio Seber got a free kick in the 5th minute. Jairo Ramone made an important save on a dangerous shot by Oscar Xacintu in the 6th minute. After 8 minutes, Cristian Aznar mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Irene FC and the Cross Fc players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 8th match minute, Irene FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cristian Aznar to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, Irene FC's Guido Restu got a free kick in the 13th minute. 14 minutes into the match, Irene FC's goal looked a bit too open when Urbano Vincent came free, but Tadeo Iago reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 15 minutes into the game, Epifanio Dolcet cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Tadeo Iago was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Cross Fc's Jairo Ramone played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Niceto Aires in the 18th minute of play. 19 minutes into the match, Adrian Ekialde had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Tadeo Iago. Irene FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Adrian Ekialde was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. Amadeo Chap hit a great freekick 23 minutes into the match. If Niceto Aires had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jairo Ramone showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Niceto Aires, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. Tadeo Iago showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Epifanio Dolcet in the 33rd minute of the match. Jairo Ramone made an important save on a dangerous shot by Oscar Xacintu in the 37th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Niceto Aires in the 44th minute of play forced Cross Fc's goalkeeper Jairo Ramone to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 47th minute Adrian Ekialde shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tadeo Iago saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Adrian Ekialde to strike the kick off in the second half. Jairo Ramone didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Niceto Aires went, in the 57th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. In the 63rd minute, Niceto Aires got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Epifanio Dolcet sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Niceto Aires recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 70th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The audience was convinced that Niceto Aires's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jairo Ramone was relentless in the 74th minute of the game. Irene FC's Cristian Aznar got his second yellow card of the match in the 76th minute. The referee ordered Cristian Aznar off the ground. 78 minutes into the game, Niceto Aires was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Irene FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Cross Fc the free kick. Niceto Aires kicked well hit freekick during the 78th minute of the match. Tiburcio Seber hit a great freekick 80 minutes into the match. Cross Fc's Epifanio Dolcet got a good chance for a goal in the 91st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Adrian Ekialde blasted a shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Tadeo Iago having to make a save. When Epifanio Dolcet came up free with the goalie in the 94th minute, the Cross Fc fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Epifanio Dolcet couldn't finish the play. A collision led to Cross Fc getting a freekick after 95 minutes play. Epifanio Dolcet hit a great ball. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Cross Fc walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
