After having played for 41 minutes, Siro Frutos managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Defferrari AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Siro Frutos was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Celestino Arnau fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aristides Maule having to interfere. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Feliberto Aritza to make the kick off. A collision led to Defferrari AFC getting a freekick after 57 minutes play. Reynaldo Socorro hit a great ball. Enzo Gaitan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Feliberto Aritza, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Antonio Jokin during the 59th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Antonio Jokin hit a great freekick 59 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in Defferrari AFC's zone, Feliberto Aritza stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Enzo Gaitan came out of the goal and Feliberto Aritza tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Reynaldo Socorro during the 69th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Tigre FC booed when Defferrari AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 69 match minutes in a wonderful position. Reynaldo Socorro didn't get a good kick on the ball. Eulalio Pacifico sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Aristides Maule showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Siro Frutos in the 77th minute of the match. Celestino Arnau sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
