With his leg Ciro Duardo managed to avoid a goal in the 24thth minute, when Garuhapé FC's Ildefonso Ikatz fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Ildefonso Ikatz could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 26th minute of the match, but Ciro Duardo made a huge save. When Candelaria AFC's Bernardo Rudolfo in the 37th minute got a chance for a shot 37th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. The Garuhapé FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. For all the effort they put into the match, the Candelaria AFC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Garuhapé FC.
