Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Evelio Millano took the kick off in the first half of the match. Natalio Pudes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Evelio Millano in the 5th minute of play. Nicasio Beturian didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 10th minute, which inside left pole to 1-0. Evelio Millano fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Natalio Pudes having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Calabacilla's Vladimiro Patxi got a free kick in the 22nd minute. After 27 minutes, Vladimiro Patxi mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Calabacilla and the Carrera players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 27th match minute, Calabacilla was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vladimiro Patxi to maneuver through the defense. After 28 played minutes, Carrera's Paulino Guillem shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Natalio Pudes came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Carrera reached it. Evelio Millano fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Natalio Pudes having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Carrera's Osvaldo Nerio got a free kick in the 40th minute. Dionisio Serafo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Nicasio Beturian tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Justino Weterio was the one to do the kick off. Nicasio Beturian showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Justino Weterio, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. Nicasio Beturian came out of the goal in the 54th minute to try and stop a shot by Calabacilla's Justino Weterio. But to his dismay, Justino Weterio quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. Nicasio Beturian made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Justino Weterio in the 61st minute of play. After 66 played minutes Carrera got a freekick which was hit by Osvaldo Nerio. Saturnino Orland took the ball and in the 70 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Natalio Pudes. Natalio Pudes dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. The audience was convinced that Justino Weterio's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Nicasio Beturian was relentless in the 78th minute of the game. Silvano Aznaro's late challenge caught a Calabacilla's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Silvano Aznaro helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Carrera getting a freekick after 84 minutes play. Silvano Aznaro hit a great ball. Dionisio Serafo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 91st minute, Osvaldo Nerio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Evelio Millano was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 96th minute. Carrera's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. After having played for 98 minutes, Justino Weterio managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Calabacilla's supporters crossed their fingers, but Justino Weterio was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Calabacilla fans cheered their team off the field, for while Carrera had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
