One of Cañuelas:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Larroude FC:s goal. Orlando Paskal had in the 33rdth minute some difficulties stopping Lucio Lalla's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. The audience was convinced that Anacleto Piarres's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Orlando Paskal was relentless in the 39th minute of the game. Reynaldo Dubardo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gaudencio Calixto in the 40th minute of the match. After 56 played minutes Cañuelas got a freekick which was hit by Alfonso Sagrario. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Gaudencio Calixto in the 59th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Reynaldo Dubardo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Romulo Larra might have been able to make a better finish in the 60th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Orlando Paskal. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Romulo Larra ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 63rdth minute of the game Romulo Larra who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Cañuelas's Orlando Paskal was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Hernan Gaitano fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Reynaldo Dubardo having to interfere. 71 minutes into the match, Cañuelas's goalkeeper Orlando Paskal had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Anacleto Piarres. After a defensive mix-up in Larroude FC's zone, Hernan Gaitano stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Reynaldo Dubardo came out of the goal and Hernan Gaitano tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Romulo Larra came up free with the goalie in the 79th minute, the Larroude FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Romulo Larra couldn't finish the play. Cañuelas's Orlando Paskal played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Romulo Larra in the 84th minute of play. Orlando Paskal didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 87th minute, which inside left pole to 0-2. Larroude FC's Reynaldo Dubardo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hernan Gaitano in the 93rd minute of play.
