Panambí's Justo Precioso got a good chance for a goal in the 25th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Lisandro Piorno charged in rather forcefully in the 33rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Lisandro Piorno the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Yacanto's Donato Quintin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lisandro Piorno in the 38th minute of play. When Joaquin Berasko came up free with the goalie in the 39th minute, the Panambí fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Joaquin Berasko couldn't finish the play. Clemente Gudesteo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Romeo Costante in the 75th minute. Everardo Sidro kicked well hit freekick during the 78th minute of the match. In the 89th minute of the match Edgardo Jeraldo sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Clemente Gudesteo skillfully saved the ball.
