Guaberto Salvator showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Felipe Montrell, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. After having played for 39 minutes, Felipe Montrell managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Flavio Misael to strike the kick off in the second half. After a defensive mix-up in Encrucijada AFC's zone, Angelo Venerando stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Damian Frederico came out of the goal and Angelo Venerando tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Angelo Venerando had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 59th minute, Angelo Venerando left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Amaná fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. In the 64th minute Flavio Misael shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Guaberto Salvator saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 66 minutes into the match, Amaná's goalkeeper Guaberto Salvator had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Felipe Montrell. Angelo Venerando struck a weak shot in the 68th minute. Damian Frederico didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Amaná. In the 69th match minute, Encrucijada AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Everardo Ferrer to maneuver through the defense. Felipe Montrell could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 74th minute of the match, but Guaberto Salvator made a huge save. If Felipe Montrell had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 81 minutes into the match, Felipe Montrell notched a goal, 2-2, to the right of Amaná's Guaberto Salvator. Guaberto Salvator was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Guaberto Salvator made an important save on a dangerous shot by Felipe Montrell in the 90th minute. Through an outstanding action, after 91 minutes, Guaberto Salvator successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
