Spectators: 33 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Moreira FC's Casimiro Ranolfo started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 11 minutes into the match, Saladillo AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Conrado Senio came free, but Carlos Iigo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jacobo Libertad's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Aurelio Benino read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 12th minute of play. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Jacobo Libertad received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Aurelio Benino tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Amador Berenguer fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aurelio Benino having to interfere. In the 35th minute, Severo Loreto sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Saladillo AFC's Carlos Iigo didn't even have to move. After some fancy dribbling in the 40th minute, Amador Berenguer managed to get in a good position for a shot. Saladillo AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Amador Berenguer was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Aurelio Benino breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Carlos Iigo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Casimiro Ranolfo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 46 minutes, Jose Mambru mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Moreira FC and the Saladillo AFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Jose Mambru hit a great freekick 46 minutes into the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Amador Berenguer got free with Aurelio Benino in the 47th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Jacobo Libertad made a kick off. Conrado Senio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
