Huevoleon's Eusebio Guillen proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 4th minute of the match, managed to save Huevoleon from getting a goal against them. In the 12th minute the ball was on its way in behind Pehuajó FC's goalkeeper Ciro Primeiro, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. A collision led to Huevoleon getting a freekick after 19 minutes play. Eloy Gonsalve hit a great ball. Eusebio Guillen showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Constantino Neron, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. Marcial Ganix fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eusebio Guillen having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Huevoleon's zone, Constantino Neron stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Eusebio Guillen came out of the goal and Constantino Neron tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 31 minutes into the game, Ceferino Ruy was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Huevoleon's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Pehuajó FC the free kick. After some fancy dribbling in the 35th minute, Constantino Neron managed to get in a good position for a shot. Pehuajó FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Constantino Neron was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Eusebio Guillen breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 39th match minute, Huevoleon was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cristian Barea to maneuver through the defense. When Marcial Ganix came up free with the goalie in the 40th minute, the Pehuajó FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Marcial Ganix couldn't finish the play. If Constantino Neron had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Eloy Gonsalve kicked well hit freekick during the 43rd minute of the match. After having played for 46 minutes, Marcial Ganix managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Pehuajó FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Marcial Ganix was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Marcial Ganix got free with Eusebio Guillen in the 48th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Bernardino Erroman was the one to do the kick off. If Constantino Neron had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 62nd match minute, Huevoleon was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cristian Barea to maneuver through the defense. When Pehuajó FC's Marcial Ganix in the 63rd minute got a chance for a shot 63rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Huevoleon's goalie prevented a goal. Ciro Primeiro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bernardino Erroman in the 68th minute of play. In the 71st minute, Marcial Jerico hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, Huevoleon's Eloy Gonsalve got a free kick in the 73rd minute. Cristian Barea hit a great freekick 75 minutes into the match. Eusebio Guillen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Constantino Neron in the 78th minute of play. 86 minutes into the match, Huevoleon's goal looked a bit too open when Edgard Hats came free, but Eusebio Guillen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Bernardino Erroman fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ciro Primeiro having to interfere. There was no doubt that Pehuajó FC were the better team. Pehuajó FC's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
