In the 3rd minute, Constantino Neron reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Alfredo Laurendi. The goal made the score 1-0. 7 minutes into the game, Evaristo Egoitz cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Ciro Primeiro was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Toldos FC's Evaristo Egoitz got a good chance for a goal in the 11th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Toldos FC's Alfredo Laurendi proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 14th minute of the match, managed to save Toldos FC from getting a goal against them. The audience thought a goal was coming when Emiliano Vergaray got free with Alfredo Laurendi in the 17th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Alfredo Laurendi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Constantino Neron in the 19th minute of the match. Marcial Ganix could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 28th minute of the match, but Alfredo Laurendi made a huge save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Constantino Neron in the 30th minute of play forced Toldos FC's goalkeeper Alfredo Laurendi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ciro Primeiro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Froilan Gamus in the 31st minute of the match. Alfredo Laurendi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marcial Ganix, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. When Constantino Neron came up free with the goalie in the 35th minute, the Pehuajó FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Constantino Neron couldn't finish the play. In the 37th minute, Marcial Ganix ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Alfredo Laurendi was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-2. Alfredo Laurendi made an important save on a dangerous shot by Marcial Ganix in the 42nd minute. In the 44th minute Constantino Neron shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alfredo Laurendi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The first half was very even, with the score at 2-2 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Froilan Gamus stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Zeledon Monte kicked well hit freekick during the 51st minute of the match. The supporters of Toldos FC booed when Pehuajó FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 52 match minutes in a wonderful position. Constantino Neron didn't get a good kick on the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Victorio Dominguez during the 58th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 58 played minutes Pehuajó FC got a freekick which was hit by Victorio Dominguez. Evaristo Egoitz took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 59th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Ciro Primeiro. Pehuajó FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. 60 minutes into the match, Toldos FC's goal looked a bit too open when Constantino Neron came free, but Alfredo Laurendi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 62 played minutes Pehuajó FC got a freekick which was hit by Marcial Ganix. After a rather tough play, Pehuajó FC's Emiliano Vergaray got a free kick in the 64th minute. In the 65th minute, Froilan Gamus got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Alfredo Laurendi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marcial Ganix, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Pehuajó FC's Constantino Neron got a free kick in the 71st minute. A collision led to Toldos FC getting a freekick after 71 minutes play. Froilan Gamus hit a great ball. Alfredo Laurendi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Constantino Neron, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a defensive mix-up in Pehuajó FC's zone, Froilan Gamus stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ciro Primeiro came out of the goal and Froilan Gamus tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Ciro Primeiro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lucio Maurin, who was totally free with the ball in the 76th minute. 81 minutes into the game, Lorenzo Gabirel was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Toldos FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Pehuajó FC the free kick. After a rather tough play, Pehuajó FC's Emiliano Vergaray got a free kick in the 85th minute. After having played for 88 minutes, Zeledon Monte managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Toldos FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Zeledon Monte was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Froilan Gamus who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 89thth minute tested the skills of Ciro Primeiro when he managed to save the team from getting behind. In the 96th minute, Toldos FC's Froilan Gamus ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Ciro Primeiro. Ciro Primeiro yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-3. The Pehuajó FC supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Toldos FC's performance. The match ended with a win for Toldos FC.
