Lisandro Isaio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Narciso Urki in the 3rd minute of play. Narciso Urki sent away a hard shot on goal in the 5th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Narciso Urki in the 9th minute of play forced Esteros's goalkeeper Lisandro Isaio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Esteros getting a freekick after 9 minutes play. Andres Lorenz hit a great ball. Benigno Ongile fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lisandro Isaio having to interfere. Benigno Ongile received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 18th minute. Lisandro Isaio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Huasapampa AFC's Adolfo Berasko got a free kick in the 22nd minute. Marcos Rafel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Huasapampa AFC's Adolfo Berasko pulled a muscle in his leg after 41 minutes and couldn't finish the game. 41 minutes into the game, Fidel Euloxu was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Esteros's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Huasapampa AFC the free kick. After a rather tough play, Esteros's Fidel Euloxu got a free kick in the 42nd minute. After recieving a nice pass, Huasapampa AFC's Cristobal Bernebe tried to score from far away in the 43rd minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

If Benigno Ongile had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Benigno Ongile fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lisandro Isaio having to interfere. Camilo Procopio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rafael Turi in the 69th minute of play. After 74 played minutes, Esteros's Hugo Txurio shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Camilo Procopio came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Esteros reached it. After a rather tough play, Huasapampa AFC's Cristobal Bernebe got a free kick in the 77th minute. Esteros's Hugo Txurio got a good chance for a goal in the 78th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Gustavo Lorenz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 85 minutes into the match, Huasapampa AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Gustavo Lorenz came free, but Camilo Procopio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gustavo Lorenz recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 90th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 92 played minutes Huasapampa AFC got a freekick which was hit by Cristobal Bernebe. Esteros's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Hugo Txurio in the 95th minute. A nice corner shot did that Luis Guerau got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Camilo Procopio quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Huasapampa AFC had played much better football throughout.
