Spectators: 33 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Jesus Fonso made the kick off and thus started the match. In the 4th match minute, Capillas was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lino Bilbo to maneuver through the defense. Esteros's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Hugo Txurio in the 7th minute. Marcos Rafel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marciano Tebaldo having to interfere. 10 minutes into the match, Esteros's goal looked a bit too open when Jesus Fonso came free, but Lisandro Isaio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 19 played minutes Capillas got a freekick which was hit by Godfredo Servando. Gustavo Lorenz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Marciano Tebaldo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Andres Lorenz during the 25th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 26 played minutes Esteros got a freekick which was hit by Andres Lorenz. Hugo Baumer struck a weak shot in the 29th minute. Lisandro Isaio didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Capillas. In the 33rd minute, Hugo Baumer ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Lisandro Isaio was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. After 36 played minutes Capillas got a freekick which was hit by Godfredo Servando. Jesus Fonso charged in rather forcefully in the 39th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Jesus Fonso the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Marciano Tebaldo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marcos Rafel, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Hugo Baumer sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. During the 46th minute of the match Andres Lorenz completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Andres Lorenz a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. In the 47th minute, Andres Lorenz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Hugo Baumer blasted a shot towards the goal in the 51st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Lisandro Isaio having to make a save. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Marcos Rafel to make the kick off. Hugo Baumer recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 57th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Marcos Rafel was extremely unlucky when he, in the 63rd minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Filomeno Patrido hit a great freekick 65 minutes into the match. In the 66th minute of the match Gualterio Fernandez shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Lisandro Isaio showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 73rd match minute, Esteros was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gustavo Lorenz to maneuver through the defense. Marcos Rafel might have been able to make a better finish in the 77th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Marciano Tebaldo. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Marcos Rafel ran back to his position shaking his head. Marcos Rafel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marciano Tebaldo having to interfere. If Hugo Baumer had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 91st minute, Jesus Fonso hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Lisandro Isaio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hugo Baumer, who was totally free with the ball in the 94th minute. After some careless play in the Capillas defense, Marcos Rafel kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Marciano Tebaldo. The Capillas fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Marciano Tebaldo should have stopped the shot. Esteros's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
