Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Vinicio Criston started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Genaro Joseph fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Roman Meder having to interfere. In the 18th minute Zeledon Baumar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Roman Meder saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Edgard Cugat didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Vinicio Criston went, in the 19th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. In the 23rd match minute, Padilla AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nicanor Salvator to maneuver through the defense. Zeledon Baumar did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 2-1 to the left of a surprised Roman Meder 31 minutes into the match. Edgard Cugat showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vinicio Criston in the 35th minute of the match. In the 36th minute, one of Yaros:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Yaros. In the 38th minute there was a penalty for Padilla AFC. Arnaldo Estevon stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Edgard Cugat. 2-2. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Zeledon Baumar to make the kick off. Edgard Cugat made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vinicio Criston in the 55th minute of play. Epifanio Otsando received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. Edgard Cugat tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Florentino Araoz fell near the penalty area in the 57th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Yaros's protests and gave Florentino Araoz a yellow card for diving instead. In the 58th minute, Florentino Araoz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Vinicio Criston in the 61st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Edgard Cugat saved Yaros from getting behind. When the match had gone on for 62 minutes, Epifanio Otsando took a quick shot and it went in 2-3 without a chance for Edgard Cugat to make any attempt to save it. A collision led to Padilla AFC getting a freekick after 65 minutes play. Nicanor Salvator hit a great ball. Abelardo Gartzi hit a great ball. After 80 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Yaros! 83 minutes into the game, Vinicio Criston lined in a short shot 2-5 behind a frustrated Edgard Cugat. After a rather tough play, Yaros's Florentino Araoz got a free kick in the 90th minute. Vinicio Criston blasted a shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Edgard Cugat having to make a save. Epifanio Otsando received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Edgard Cugat tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 97th minute, Epifanio Otsando managed to get in a good position for a shot. Padilla AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Epifanio Otsando was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Edgard Cugat breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Padilla AFC had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
