Ubaldo Ospetsu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Reynaldo Nalo having to interfere. Bonifacio Ihazintu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ceferino Marin in the 90th minute of play. Reynaldo Nalo made a fantastic save in the 94th minute, when Romulo Ixaka sent off a good shot on target. Augusto Lesardo charged in rather forcefully in the 94th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down.
