In the 5thth minute of the game Gervasio Bazkoare who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Pueblo Mágico's Leonides Beti was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 9th minute Romeo Serapio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fulgencio Shepherd saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Hugo Domenec's late challenge caught a Pueblo Mágico's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Hugo Domenec helped the player get up and apologised. Hugo Domenec hit a great freekick 10 minutes into the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Zacarias Burutzagi during the 16th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Pueblo Mágico's supporters crossed their fingers, but Victor Cugat was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Enzo Gurutz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Gervasio Bazkoare was the one to do the kick off. Romeo Serapio might have been able to make a better finish in the 55th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Fulgencio Shepherd. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Romeo Serapio ran back to his position shaking his head. With a little luck, Aurelia's Fulgencio Shepherd got control of the ball when Victor Cugat tried to sneak it across the goal line. Hugo Domenec kicked well hit freekick during the 58th minute of the match. Romeo Serapio struck a weak shot in the 59th minute.
