The referee ignored Atlético Hormigas FC's protests and gave Evelio Palban a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Albigasta FC booed when Atlético Hormigas FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 10 match minutes in a wonderful position. Evelio Palban didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 11th minute of the match Candido Larra sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Rosendo Nicholas skillfully saved the ball. Bonifacio Vela sent away a hard shot on goal in the 14th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 14th match minute, Albigasta FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Justino Llanos to maneuver through the defense. Rosendo Nicholas breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Rosendo Nicholas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ivan Baumer in the 92nd minute of the match. After 94 played minutes Bonifacio Vela rounded Albigasta FC's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 0-1.
