In the 17th minute Arturo Aballe shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bernardo Gelmiro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Evelio Tristan was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Albano Efren showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-0 in the 20 minute of play. Palmar FC's Bernardo Gelmiro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Arturo Aballe in the 23rd minute of play. If Urbano Porfirio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Urbano Porfirio's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Bernardo Gelmiro read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 31st minute of play. After 34 minutes, Urbano Porfirio made it 2-1 with a short kick to the right side. Palmar FC's Bernardo Gelmiro tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Urbano Porfirio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Bernardo Gelmiro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Arturo Aballe's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Bernardo Gelmiro read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 41st minute of play. Ovidio Valery hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match. 47 minutes into the game, Albano Efren cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-1. Evelio Tristan was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Timoteo Edur kicked well hit freekick during the 58th minute of the match. Evelio Tristan stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Nicolas Arlo's shot from short distance in the 60th minute. After having played for 61 minutes, Nicolas Arlo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Palmar FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Nicolas Arlo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Cipolletti's Arturo Aballe got a good chance for a goal in the 64th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Bernardo Gelmiro made an important save on a dangerous shot by Urbano Porfirio in the 66th minute. Evelio Tristan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nicolas Arlo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 79 minutes into the game, Aurelio Lain was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Palmar FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Cipolletti the free kick. After a rather tough play, Palmar FC's Aurelio Lain got a free kick in the 79th minute. Palmar FC's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
