Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Alonzo Harkaitz got the match started through his kick off. Abel Neto made a fantastic save in the 5th minute, when Santo Pancho sent off a good shot on target. Mauro Ramirez fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rodolfo Barto having to interfere. 11 minutes into the game, one of Janimas:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Rodolfo Barto showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Joaquin Illart, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. Rodolfo Barto showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mauro Ramirez in the 19th minute of the match. In the 25th minute Alonzo Harkaitz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Abel Neto saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Alonzo Harkaitz kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Abel Neto. That made the score 1-1 in the 27 minute of play. Rodolfo Barto came out of the goal in the 35th minute to try and stop a shot by Pocitos AFC's Joaquin Illart. But to his dismay, Joaquin Illart quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. Joaquin Illart sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Joaquin Illart to make the kick off. Mauro Ramirez's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Rodolfo Barto firmly grabbed it by the left post. In the 59th minute the ball was on its way in behind Pocitos AFC's goalkeeper Abel Neto, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. If Santo Pancho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Julian Edorta's late challenge caught a Janimas's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Julian Edorta helped the player get up and apologised. In the 68th minute there was a penalty for Janimas. Emanuel Ramond stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Abel Neto. 2-2. Janimas's Rodolfo Barto played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Joaquin Illart in the 77th minute of play. A collision led to Pocitos AFC getting a freekick after 79 minutes play. Ricardo Remicio hit a great ball. Emanuel Ramond was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 80th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Abel Neto made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alonzo Harkaitz in the 85th minute of play. Joaquin Illart struck a weak shot in the 92nd minute. Rodolfo Barto didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Pocitos AFC. Alonzo Harkaitz struck a weak shot in the 95th minute.
