Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Joel Belasko made the kick off which started today's match. 4 minutes into the match, Ambrosio Roldan notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Heavy FC's Florentino Cresconio. Florentino Cresconio was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Merced's Reynaldo Oinaz got a good chance for a goal in the 9th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Merced's Benigno Gartxot got a free kick in the 14th minute. In the 21st minute, Ambrosio Roldan left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Merced fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. 25 minutes into the game, Heavy FC's Jorge Hever nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ruperto Lawrence made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. Joel Belasko received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. Ruperto Lawrence tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Reynaldo Oinaz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Florentino Cresconio having to interfere. Heavy FC's Florentino Cresconio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Reynaldo Oinaz in the 36th minute of play. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Reynaldo Oinaz was the one to do the kick off. Ambrosio Roldan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Reynaldo Oinaz in the 57th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Florentino Cresconio saved Heavy FC from getting behind. In the 64th match minute, Heavy FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alejandro Ubendu to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, Merced's Elvio Abel got a free kick in the 68th minute. In the 69th minute, Venancio Sanduru sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Merced's Ruperto Lawrence didn't even have to move. In the 72nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Merced's goalkeeper Ruperto Lawrence, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 75 minutes, Mauricio Stanislao mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Merced and the Heavy FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Merced's Mauricio Stanislao got a free kick in the 75th minute. Joel Belasko received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 78th minute. Ruperto Lawrence tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Florentino Cresconio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ambrosio Roldan in the 80th minute of play. 82 minutes into the game, Ambrosio Roldan was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Merced's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Heavy FC the free kick. The supporters of Heavy FC booed when Merced was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 82 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ambrosio Roldan didn't get a good kick on the ball. 85 minutes into the match, Merced's goal looked a bit too open when Joel Belasko came free, but Ruperto Lawrence reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jorge Hever sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Merced were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Heavy FC for a fine match.
