Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Salcedo's Alvaro Oxel started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After some fancy dribbling in the 2nd minute, Iker Vela managed to get in a good position for a shot. Merayo's supporters rose to their feet, but Iker Vela was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Sebastian Birjaio breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 4th minute, Segundo Ondino got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 7th match minute, Salcedo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Pastor Palban to maneuver through the defense. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Alvaro Oxel in the 13th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Anselmo Eufemio saved Merayo from getting behind. Segundo Ondino received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Sebastian Birjaio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Sebastian Birjaio was out of position in the 24 minute of play, and Iker Vela capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Iker Vela really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. Segundo Ondino received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Sebastian Birjaio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Godfredo Francis during the 31st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 32 played minutes Salcedo got a freekick which was hit by Godfredo Francis. A long shot from Prudencio Txatxu in the 32nd minute of play was well struck, but Sebastian Birjaio made a really good save at the right post. Iker Vela fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sebastian Birjaio having to interfere. After 39 played minutes Merayo got a freekick which was hit by Rafael Venerando. Anselmo Eufemio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Enzo Gaskon in the 42nd minute of the match. After having played for 45 minutes, Enzo Gaskon managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Salcedo's supporters crossed their fingers, but Enzo Gaskon was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Godfredo Francis took the ball and in the 47 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Anselmo Eufemio. Anselmo Eufemio dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Iker Vela made a kick off. Segundo Ondino's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Sebastian Birjaio read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 54th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 55th minute, Iker Vela managed to get in a good position for a shot. Merayo's supporters rose to their feet, but Iker Vela was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Sebastian Birjaio breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Segundo Ondino sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Godfredo Francis kicked well hit freekick during the 69th minute of the match. 72 minutes into the match, Salcedo's goal looked a bit too open when Iker Vela came free, but Sebastian Birjaio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Enzo Gaskon fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Anselmo Eufemio having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alvaro Oxel in the 82nd minute of play forced Merayo's goalkeeper Anselmo Eufemio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 84 minutes into the match, Salcedo's Alvaro Oxel sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Anselmo Eufemio narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 89th minute Segundo Ondino shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sebastian Birjaio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With his leg Anselmo Eufemio managed to avoid a goal in the 93rdth minute, when Salcedo's Enzo Gaskon fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. In the 95th minute, Arnaldo Hori hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of Salcedo booed when Merayo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 98 match minutes in a wonderful position. Braulio Ramond didn't get a good kick on the ball. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
