Bruno Bertol tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Marcelo Jakue charged in rather forcefully in the 34th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Marcelo Jakue the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Marcelo Jakue hit a great freekick 34 minutes into the match. Raul Ieltxu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bruno Bertol having to interfere. Raul Ieltxu scored 0-2 in the 38th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Bruno Bertol, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Inocencio Quinto could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 41st minute of the match, but Siro Henry made a huge save. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Raul Ieltxu was the one to do the kick off. When Marcelo Jakue was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 59 minutes had been played. Bruno Bertol tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Raul Ieltxu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Dionisio Koldobikas short, quick shot in the 96thth minute got Bruno Bertol to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. When the match was over Berazategui AFC could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Lynch throughout the match.
