Silvio Dominic came out of the goal and Rosendo Serafo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Emanuel Fernendo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Silvio Dominic having to interfere. 36 minutes into the game, Aureliano Abeitia was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Ovando AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Olivos AFC the free kick. In the 36th minute, Aureliano Abeitia hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Emanuel Fernendo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After having played for 42 minutes, Paolo Urbes managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ovando AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Paolo Urbes was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Paolo Urbes could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 45th minute of the match, but Fabian Caetano made a huge save. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Eleuterio Lesardo was the one to do the kick off. Rosendo Serafo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 54th minute. Silvio Dominic tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Alfredo Marko took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 57th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Silvio Dominic. Ovando AFC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Paolo Urbes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Ovando AFC's Anselmo Blasco got a free kick in the 66th minute. After having played for 71 minutes, Rosendo Serafo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. In the 97th minute, one of Ovando AFC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Ovando AFC. When the final whistle sounded Olivos AFC left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Ovando AFC.
