Isaias Raebert showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Florencio Lekubegi, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. 22 minutes into the match, Isidro Austin notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of Mendiolaza AFC's Laureano Aurken. Laureano Aurken was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After having played for 42 minutes, Isidro Austin managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Tapias's supporters crossed their fingers, but Isidro Austin was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.

Mendiolaza AFC's Laureano Aurken played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luisito Jaunti in the 52nd minute of play. The supporters of Tapias booed when Mendiolaza AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 60 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gervasio Salvino didn't get a good kick on the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Martin Savion during the 68th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Martin Savion kicked well hit freekick during the 68th minute of the match. Clodoveo Oro hit a great freekick 79 minutes into the match. A collision led to Mendiolaza AFC getting a freekick after 82 minutes play. Aurelio Raymon hit a great ball. After 84 played minutes Mendiolaza AFC got a freekick which was hit by Gervasio Salvino. The attack was good, but when Clodoveo Oro in the 93rd minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. Mendiolaza AFC's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
