Asturias AFC's Tobias Henrico played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Teo Pepillo in the 9th minute of play. If Tomás Pudes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Astor Menendo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 13th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Tobias Henrico showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Astor Menendo in the 19th minute of the match. In the 23rd minute, Cristobal Loiola ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Tobias Henrico was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Astor Menendo in the 26th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Tobias Henrico prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After a rather tough play, Asturias AFC's Leon Tanio got a free kick in the 27th minute. Tobias Henrico took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Teo Pepillo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 32nd minute, Teo Pepillo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Tobias Henrico was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. Tobias Henrico showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Astor Menendo, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. With a little luck, Loncopué FC's Alonzo Seguinus got control of the ball when Tomás Pudes tried to sneak it across the goal line. After a rather tough play, Loncopué FC's Genaro Tximitx got a free kick in the 40th minute. When Hugo Peio came up free with the goalie in the 43rd minute, the Asturias AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Hugo Peio couldn't finish the play. Teo Pepillo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Tobias Henrico tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Hugo Peio stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 52ndth minute of the game Tomás Pudes who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Loncopué FC's Alonzo Seguinus was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 54th minute, Hugo Peio made a precise shot to the right of Alonzo Seguinus. Loncopué FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-2. After a defensive mix-up in Loncopué FC's zone, Tomás Pudes stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Alonzo Seguinus came out of the goal and Tomás Pudes tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Hugo Peio's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Alonzo Seguinus read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 58th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 60th minute, Astor Menendo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Loncopué FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Astor Menendo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Tobias Henrico breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 62nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Loncopué FC's goalkeeper Alonzo Seguinus, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Cristobal Loiola kicked well hit freekick during the 63rd minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tomás Pudes in the 64th minute of play forced Loncopué FC's goalkeeper Alonzo Seguinus to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 74 played minutes Loncopué FC got a freekick which was hit by Teo Pepillo. 74 minutes in the game, Teo Pepillo got a free kick from a good position and fired away a shot. The shot didn't have enough spin and went out of bounds to the left of the goal. In the 85th minute Teo Pepillo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tobias Henrico saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 92 minutes into the match, Teo Pepillo dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Tobias Henrico, 1-3. The Loncopué FC players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
