Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Hugo Peio started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. The audience was convinced that Hugo Peio's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Eduardo Marcones was relentless in the 4th minute of the game. Tomás Pudes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 5th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eduardo Marcones having to interfere. Ezequiel Rico's late challenge caught a Monserrat AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ezequiel Rico helped the player get up and apologised. In the 10th minute, Ezequiel Rico hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to Asturias AFC getting a freekick after 12 minutes play. Leon Tanio hit a great ball. In the 17th minute, Tomás Pudes got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Hugo Peio succeeded in the game's 21st minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 0-2. After some fancy dribbling in the 24th minute, Hugo Peio managed to get in a good position for a shot. Asturias AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Hugo Peio was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Eduardo Marcones breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Hugo Peio in the 30th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Eduardo Marcones prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Cipriano Tancredo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 34th match minute, Monserrat AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Melquiades Ganix to maneuver through the defense. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Tomás Pudes in the 37th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Eduardo Marcones saved Monserrat AFC from getting behind. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Tomás Pudes's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 55thth minute, Eduardo Marcones skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. If Hugo Peio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 59th of the match, Hugo Peio tried to place the ball in the upper right corner, but Eduardo Marcones got in the way and made a wonderful save. Melquiades Ganix fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tobias Henrico having to interfere. After 65 minutes of play, Asturias AFC's Tomás Pudes made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Eduardo Marcones was left in no man's land by his defense there! The audience thought a goal was coming when Tomás Pudes got free with Eduardo Marcones in the 68th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Tobias Henrico made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cipriano Tancredo in the 80th minute of play. Melquiades Ganix's late challenge caught a Asturias AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Hugo Peio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 85th minute. Eduardo Marcones tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 87 minutes, Cipriano Tancredo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Monserrat AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cipriano Tancredo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Hugo Peio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Monserrat AFC's Melquiades Ganix got his second yellow card of the match in the 91st minute. The referee ordered Melquiades Ganix off the ground. A collision led to Monserrat AFC getting a freekick after 91 minutes play. Melquiades Ganix hit a great ball. When the match had gone on for 93 minutes, Hugo Peio took a quick shot and it went in 0-4 without a chance for Eduardo Marcones to make any attempt to save it. Asturias AFC played a much better game than Monserrat AFC and deserved their victory. The Monserrat AFC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
