A collision led to Carrizal AFC getting a freekick after 37 minutes play. Gaspar Eusko hit a great ball. The audience was convinced that Hipolito Jeraldo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Honorato Galindo was relentless in the 41st minute of the game. Bernardo Cai's late challenge caught a Carrizal AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ciriaco Salomone dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. After some fancy dribbling in the 67th minute, Hipolito Jeraldo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Carrizal AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Hipolito Jeraldo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Honorato Galindo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 69th minute, Mauro Iaki fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Honorato Galindo, passed just outside the right post. Albano Kimetz kicked well hit freekick during the 75th minute of the match. When Haroldo Eliazar came up free with the goalie in the 77th minute, the Hernandarias fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Haroldo Eliazar couldn't finish the play.
